DIY Raised Garden Bed: Composite Timber Cs/16
CASE OF 16 - These attractive composite boards are one of the primary structural components in our sectional DIY Raised Garden Beds. Fabricated from a proprietary blend of wood fiber, rice hulls and 60% pcw recycled polyethylene resin, the UV-protected timbers are impervious to rot, pests and moisture – ensuring a long, stable life.
Stronger, stiffer AND LIGHTER than solid plastic, our faux wood timbers with 'I' beam construction attach securely to connector joints at the corners and midpoints. Designed specifically to create beds that can be expanded in height and length, each board has dimensions of 44.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches - which is the same as standard 2x6" lumber. Smooth, pre-cut woodgrain lumber will not splinter like traditional wood based systems. Highly, highly recommended by staff

FEATURES: - Modular, easy to assemble – all you need is a screwdriver and rubber mallet

- Stackable, expandable, interlocking design: 1 board high creates a bed 6 inches tall, 2 boards stacked is 12 inches high and 3 boards is 18 inches.

PLEASE NOTE: Use landscape fabric or cardboard to smoother vegetation below. Allow for adequate space around bed for easier access to plants. Most dirt suppliers sell compost and soil by the CUBIC yard – which is the equivalent of 27 cubic feet.
